The area has several attractions to visit while you are enjoying your stay with us.

Llangrannog

This a view over first bay in Llangrannog.

Whist driving in the cambrians, about an hour north from us we fell upon a herd of highland cattle, one of which had just given birth, it was a beautiful scene.

Visit the stunning beaches that span our coastline.

Llangrannog, Penbryn, Tresaith, Aperporth to name a few.

All the beaches are a short drive away.

The river Teifi at Cilgerran 12 miles away.

The cottage has views over open countryside to Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia. Dolphins, seals and other sea life can often be seen from the beaches and coastal walks in Cardigan Bay. There are boat trips along the Heritage Coast line from New Quay 8 miles away. There are many excellent golf courses nearby. There are numerous sports and recreational activities available locally including; Fishing, pony trekking, shooting, dry ski and boarding slope, bowls clubs, quad biking and canoe trips.

There are lots of places of interest to visit nearby; a honey farm, a butterfly centre, the Cardigan island animal park, the National coracle centre, and many more all are listed in the cottage welcome pack.

We often take in orphaned lambs and hand raise them, usually in the dining room!
